The KSD (1 CD). The program on this disc will allow you to find out the number of man-hours that your BMW dealer believes doing a particular job will take. Maybe you don't take your car to the dealer. Maybe you take it to another shop that deals with foreign vehicles. How trustworthy is your local garage? This CD enables you to check that the shop where you take your car is giving you a fair and honest labor quote. For those of you out there that would rather "do-it-yourself," it will give you an idea of how long it should take you to finish the repair. (Although, it may take you longer than the specified hours if you haven't done the job before, or don't have the correct/special tools, etc.) The KSD also lists the defect codes so you know what the codes on the repair estimate from the dealer represent.
